Synopsis: Mike Hammer is a hard-boiled private investigator in New York City. After his best friend is murdered, Hammer hits the streets to find the killer, with the help of his beautiful secretary, Velda. As he narrows in on the murderer, Hammer pays a visit to a sex clinic operator to gain insight into the case. But Hammer may be in too deep when he uncovers a government secret involving mind-control technology.
