Synopsis: Cat is an ex-cop from New York, he was betrayed by his partner and went to prison. He now lives in Hong Kong and he is one of the best contract killers. He falls in love with a woman who lives in an apartment across the street but she turns out to be a cop. Cat decides to quit his job as a killer but when his ex partner resurfaces he has no choice but to take revenge.
